As we are moving from the development phase to the implementation phase of the NBSTRN, the overall goal of the Next Generation Meeting was to get feedback on:

the central functions of the network and coordinating center
identify the major issues we need to focus on over the next 2.5 years
and ensure that we’re developing the appropriate resources to meet the needs of the research community

The NBSTRN Next Generation Meeting was a great success! Workgroup breakout sessions helped to define workgroup priorities for the next 2 years of the contract. The summaries for these sessions are posted on the NBSTRN Wiki.
